David has a peanut allergy so he likes to help other kids with food allergies, as well.
Chris is a Chef who enjoys being outdoors and is passionate about mountain biking.
He helps our clients with healthy cooking techniques, ideas and recipes.
Chris helps men create a healthy work-fitness balance, in addition to helping them find the right supplements for their needs.

She is passionate about nutrition and the role it plays in a healthy lifestyle. Alisha has a gluten-intolerance and understands food allergies, so she helps clients with creative solutions to work around their food allergies when meal planning.
